- Website Development & Design: Refunds are valid only if less than 20% of work is completed.
- Marketing & Campaigns: No refunds after campaigns start.
- API/Payment Gateway Services: Refunds apply only if services are not delivered as agreed.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service delivery.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days.
